Mummy organisation tips please??

Hi all, I’m returning to work in a few weeks and I’m nervous about how I’ll manage to juggle everything. I’m a FTM and already find housework especially washing etc builds up on me so much I’m afraid I’ll find it really overwhelming if I don’t figure out better ways to get it all done. Even how you make nutritious meals etc. Do you do everything when baby’s in bed? Di I need to get up before baby? Does anyone have any tips or guidance just on how you manage it all as busy mums? Or things that have helped you? Our little boy is crawling & toddling, he’s busy, he still wakes once or twice a night for bottles so I always feel stretched for time/concentration/energy. Any ideas would be so so appreciated ❤️

1. At the weekend I make a meal plan for the week saying what my partner and I will eat and what our little one will eat. That way I don’t waste time trying to work that out when I get home. 2. I don’t cook everything from scratch. My little boy really likes the Little Dish and Annabel Karmel meals, they’re in the chilled aisle at the supermarket but they’re prepared to strict nutritional guidelines, they’re not unhealthy like adult ready meals can be. 3. Whichever one of us isn’t putting our little one to bed is downstairs tidying, washing up or prepping dinner. 4. My partner and I both have our main meal of the day in our canteens at work at least three days a week, then just have a quick sandwich or some soup in the evening. 5. I’ve given up on styling my hair nicely for work, I just tie it back. 6. My partner works from home one day a week and on that day he does at least one, if not two loads of laundry. That normally sees us through until the weekend.

Hope that helps! Good luck with the return to work 😊

Following for tips as I’m also unsure how to juggle everything when I go back in a couple of weeks. My baby is often up every hour so I’m running on empty and can’t handle the thought of getting up even earlier or staying up even later to get things done 😔
