Lazy parenting

I always wake up with our son in the morning. Even if I try to get his dad to get him he refuses to wake up. Last night I also got up in the night and spent 30 mins settling our son back to sleep (he normally sleeps through). So when he woke up this morning, crying and very upset, I shoved his dad until he woke up and said ‘ I was up with him in the night can you get him’. He then continued to ignore our hysterically crying son for about 10 minutes. I then started getting up to go and get him and his dad bolted out of bed first. I fell back to sleep and woke up over an hour later to find my partner in bed asleep and our son watching TV on his dad’s phone - this had been going on for over an hour!! He is 12 months old and we try to limit screen time. I just wanted this one morning to sleep a little longer as I haven’t been well lately and I’m sick of being the only person who wakes up with our boy. We both work and bring home the same amount of money so I just think it’s unfair. How do I bring this up with him without creating an argument
