Baby tracking small…

I am certain of my dates because I used OPK while trying. Had w scan this week what should’ve been 6w3d but baby is measuring 5w0d with a heartbeat of 183bpm. Should I be concerned??

Baby’s grow at differently all the time so long as baby has a heart beat and you and baby is healthy I wouldn’t stress xx
