I cook a lot of pasta, mostly gnocchi, lasagna, spaghetti. Tonight I’m making bbq chicken grilled cheeses with sweet potato fries

I roast a chicken! I add spices and olive oil on top, and parsnip and carrot slices and garlic around the pan I bake it in. I can usually get a good 6-8 meals out of one chicken so it’s super cost effective and yummy! 😋
