The various viruses in the MMR vaccine kick in between 7-14 days post injection so you theoretically could get raised temp from the MenB vaccine which would have been immediate then get a raised temp later on as well from MMR. MMR can also give multiple rashes and bit of swelling on the neck under the chin. I’d give calpol to get the temp down and keep him comfortable.
My 1 year olds still to get hers but from when my 2 year old had his last year, he had a similar reaction, it's the MMR, It can leave them with a rash and running a bit hot and does make them a bit grumpy. It takes a few days for symptoms to start but with Calpol it should pass after a couple days
Ours was fairly badly after his jabs but as a side note he was in hospital with Croup a few weeks ago. One of his concerning symptoms were that his hands and feet had gone blue and very cold even though he had a temp. We thought it was because of the lower oxygen with him struggling breathing but the doctor said it’s actually common for them to get cold hands and feet with a temp as the body redirects blood around the vital organs when fighting a temp.
@Danni how long did his rash last for? He came up in one yesterday
About a weekish but it's not contagious or anything
My boy was very hot after his but I just gave him calpol for a couple of days and he was fine. His sleep was a but crap for a while too but that could have been teething
