Leftover pasta??

Any thoughts what to do with some leftover pasta (just noodles, no sauce)? I’ve mixed with shredded chicken and fresh tomato, tried a few things similar to that; but nothing seems to be a hit. 13 mo and he loves pasta in meat sauce. But after we make a whole batch I always seem to have some pasta leftover and want to change it up!

I just put it in the fridge for the next day. If you’re wanting to change it up then maybe other sauce

Maybe red pesto? Or a dressing so olive oil, garlic, lemon, parsley? X

@JL that mac n cheese looks insane 😍😍

This might be weird but my mum used to fry up leftover pasta with some egg in the morning to make ‘egg fried pasta’ it low-key still is one of my favourite breakfasts. I’ve made it for my baby a couple of times and he really enjoyed it

We do a mix of ricotta and a little bit of parmesean for leftover plain noodles. My daughter really likes it!

My son's favourite is cheesy broccoli pasta and it's my favourite too because it's so quick to make haha 😂

Best and easy go to sauce: cook Brokkoli well and mash into cream cheese (add a little of the broccoli water if too firm). Season if you want. Voila!

Pesto!

I like to mix avocado and a cheese together to mix in with pasta

Butter noodles are my go to- except I do olive oil instead if butter, non-dairy parmesean cheese, and a mixture of seasoning like garlic powder & smoked paprika ❤️👍
