Smell

Probably just dried milk, once you can bathe them it’ll help a ton. We call it baby cheese and my girl has this problem🤣🤣

Baby cheese is all it is lol you gotta get it’s with some soapy water.

@Devin Lowe I forgive her baths but after a while it come back but it shouldn’t be dried milk cause I wipe after every feed

No matter how much you wipe after feeds it’ll still stick to baby’s skin and be in the folds of their necks. I also wipe in the middle of feeds and after and it just happens still
