Heat rash or just baby acne, my little boy had it for a while x
My son had a rash like this when he was born, Dr said it wasnlikely hormonal. Very common in newborns they are also going through a lot. Just make sure you monitor it and it’s not causing Bub pain/discomfort
Keep him clean and dry. After bath dry well and apply diaper cream. Thats the best advice I can give.
It could 1 of 3 things it could be a case of chicken pox, skin irritation or simply inflammation or allergic reaction from w.e u use to wipe the milk

Totally normal. Mine's a month old and still has it. Their skin is just super sensitive as it gets used to being in the outside work
That’s normal- heat rash. Use tubby Todd. Aquaphor will make it worse
That’s either a heat rash, drool rash, or baby acne. :) my son had those little bumps for all 3 reasons. Some baby aquaphor or an oatmeal/breast milk Sponge bath will help ease it :) that’s what I put on my son whenever he has a break out and it’s worked wonders :)
Probably heat rash OR the wipes are irritating the skin. I had to try several different brands of wipes before I found one that worked for my kid.
