Possible stupid question

When do you switch from the carry cot part of the pram to the sit up option? Is it when they’re like over 6 months of when they can sit up unaided?

My little girl is 4 months on Tuesday and we switched about 2 weeks ago! We have the ocarro pram and it has a middle setting where she isn’t fully sat up but in a reclined position! xx

My daughter has just turned 4 months&I switched over from carry cot to sit me up part a couple of days ago, purely because she is too nosey&cries consistently in the carry cot as she can't see anyone. She can sit herself up like but I still keep it reclined slightly. I have the icandy peach3 x

I usually change when baby is around 4 months but on the half layer position, not sit up. As they love to see more around. But my girl now is close to 4 months but she is so tiny that I think I'll keep her in bassinet for a bit longer 🙂

Same as grace above. Ocarro on middle setting

Done it at 10 weeks because mine tilts back and can be used from birth

i changed at 3 months but mostly lay down x

We changed over when she was about 12 weeks as she was outgrowing the bassinet. She loves seeing the big wide world.. really enjoys looking around!

Changed ours at 15 weeks but our pram can be used from newborn as it goes from flat to upright position. My boy loves being able to see x

We changed when he was 5 weeks old. He hated the carry cot. I just kept it in the last down position and buckled him in he lived out as could see the lights in the shops better

Thanks guys I just worry about it being like you know a car seat they can’t be in them long because of the position? Can make them not breath as well after a certain amount of time? And I was wondering if that’s why it’s meant to be left till 6 months is it?

I have the Ickle bubba stomp and was wondering the same, she’s 4 months Saturday and I know she’d prefer to be sat up but she can’t fully sit up right yet
