I had to go to emergency, they gave me some painkillers and referred me to a physiotherapist, I’ve been using a pregnancy pillow and also a pregnancy belt, has helped a bit. I could barely walk before, it’s gone down a lot now, I still have it but I’m at least able to do my daily work. Hope you feel better soon. ;)

I had a bad lower back prior to pregnancy. I bought a slumbar knee pillow and have used it through pregnancy. I briefly swapped it with a pregnancy pillow but the pain returned so I've gone back to it.

I would say have frequent warm bubble baths. Using radox muscle tends to help me

I have days where I feel like this! I think the above suggestions are good. You could also try hot/cold compresses. I’ve been noticing less pain since I started using a pregnancy pillow also.

Try a hot pack… a warm shower before bed. Also light walking/ prenatal yoga helps.

I’ve found that a hot water bottle helps! The pain seems to come back if I don’t use it for a while but it seems to help in the moment and helps to ease the pain for quite a few hours after using it. I try to use it throughout the day if I can but definitely at night when I’m in bed. If the pain travels into where your bump is, just make sure you don’t have the heat directly on your bump as it can raise your baby’s heart rate, the same as if you were to have baths that were too hot! Try to keep it on your back / where you feel the pain, and if you do need to have it over your bump then have it over your clothes or over a blanket on your bump so the heat isnt reaching your baby too much! Hope it gets better☺️

Chiropractor- I see one once a week and my back is in no pain
