Definitely looks like a faint positive. But I'd wait a few days and test again. Calling the doctor is the next step for a blood test which will be much more accurate.
I would retest. This looks to be faulty as the line isn’t complete to me. So I would definitely retest with another or a different brand. I’ve never liked blue dye tests personally. I always felt the red dye or pink dye was better

I would get a different brand. I hate blue dye 🤣
I'd want to see if there is color. But if this was taken during the time frame then it looks like a fl to me. If it's after then it could just he an evap line
