I tried the other day and asked at the till, she said none of them were in stock (even though I had two in my hands, as apparently it’s a different barcode and wouldn’t scan free)
I found all items on the shelf except the mam bottle, that one I had to ask at the till and they’d stored it away. Just load all the offers and then when you pay scan the boots card and it should deduct the price for all the items that are listed as free
Items are on the shelf labelled parenting club just take it to the till and let them scan the code it doesn’t work on self serve tills xxx
I’ve found the items are usually only available in bigger stores and there is a shelf with the specific free items on, and you just load the offer to your advantage card and it should scan through as free (at a normal till not self checkout)
I dont know where your based but the cardiff st davids boots had them up stairs next to the till!
When I used it, I’d click add offer or something and it’d load it onto my boots card. I’d just go to a self scan and then scan the product and then my boots card after and it’d automatically do it. I’d just go in, pick the things up you need then go to a checkout and show them! The mam bottles are very hard to find though, I managed to find one but it was hidden away. I think it’s because they only scanned at like 99p or stores must just not have much allocated 🤷♀️
