Coconut oil works a treat x

You can get cradle cap shampoo with a little soft silicone brush. If you massage it in with the brush while washing their hair and then rinse it gets rid of the loose skin and starts to treat the stuck on skin. We used it on LO and his cleared up in a week. Baby oil also works x

I used Vaseline over night and washed it out next day but it’s hard to wash out so coconut oil is great

We used oil scalp massaged on the head hour before bath, then in the bath wash it of and use dentinox shampoo with soft comb every day. it worked within a few days and didn’t come back.

There is a cradle cap company I will have to look at what it was that we where using and it's still used A little bit

Coconut oil for a few mins to soften the flakes, then we use the Frida Baby “flake fixer” brush to ease the dry bits off. Keep on top of it as soon as it comes, daily as it can get really tough and then the scales are hard to remove

I used coconut oil left for a little while then just brushed off with a comb. Worked a treat first time no more cradle cap!

I’ve tried coconut oil, baby oil, cradle cap shampoo, the little silicone scrub. Nothing worked for my son… I had to just let it run its course 🙄😭

Thanks ladies!!! Il give some of them a try Xx

I put Vaseline all over her scalp wherever the flakes are and leave it for 5-10 mins then I use a lice comb because it isn’t sharp and can help get the flakes off the scalp all in one go. Just gently pick the flakes of with it once scalp is moist and then wash hair when bathing x

@Krupha picking the flakes off can actually damage the hair follicle and not allow it to grow anymore 😭

Dentinox shampoo and a soft silicone brush helped some. I also started using colief baby scalp oil that really helped. So a combo of that got rid of it really well.

@Krupha I DONT POST MY SONS FACE EITHER! Ah I love seeing other mamas do that!

@Krupha this is what I did a lice comb! But with coconut oil. It really does work a treat, doesn't hurt and although my bubs doesn't have much hair it did remove any hair follicles.

Coconut oil

Dentinox shampoo for cradle cap about £4 in all supermarkets

Frida mum 3 in one cradle cap system got rid of all of my LOs cradle cap in one bath and never got it again x

Get one of the sponge/brush combo sets off Amazon. It got rid of my babies cradlecap first use, I couldn't believe how good they are. Think it cost around £6. You lather their hair up with their normal shampoo, leave it to soak for a few minutes, then massage the scalp with the little soft sponge brush then rinse x

P.S someone mentioned the frida set, that one is expensive and the £6 one i got was just as good and you get 3 brush/sponge sets plus 2 little body scrubbers too x

Haven’t dome much to it at all and it’s almost gone now 5 months later

Agree the Frida set is overpriced and the sponge comes apart after a few uses
