How are you preparing the bottles?
@Marissa what do you mean? Like warm boil water and cool temperature watet mix to have the perfect temperature
@Sadhia are you working in ml or oz? Are you using prep machine or making it yourself? I only ask as sometimes different methods result in slightly different amounts of water. We did have one bout of constipation after only using the rapid cool for 10 days on holiday. When we got back home I just gave her some cool boiled water 2/3 times in the week and then it seemed to relieve any constipation and we haven’t had it since. We use the prep machine most of the time and rapid cool when we’re out x

@Sadhia are you in the uk? Typically we work in ml as the aptamil pack suggests so that could be the issue. For example 3oz on a MAM bottle is less than 90ml but you need 90ml of water for 3 scoops

I had a to. Of issues with aptamil thankfully constipation wasn’t one but my baby was constantly sick and throwing up a lot. I switched formula and all got better.
