Green poo

My health visitor told me that the green ones are usually because the baby is getting more foremilk than hindmilk. Foremilk is the first bit of milk they get which is usually sugary, and the hindmilk is the more fatty milk. They just advised me to feed him on the same boob and see it as like a starter, main and dessert to try and get as much of the hindmilk out. This seemed to help! It is normal though and it's harmless, it's just more sugary x

Totally normal. I remember calling the midwife number about this and they said not to be concerned 😊
