@Lottie thank you! My gut was telling me all was okay but just felt like I needed a little reassurance. That information probably would’ve helped 🤦🏼♀️ she’ll be 6 months next week and EBF so I’ll look forward to the explosion!!
They can go up to 5 days without a poo, just prepare yourself for a big messy one when she finally does. If she’s constipated give her some pre cooled boiled water as it will help her to go x
My little one used to go 10 plus days without a poo when he was EBF! Wasn’t even that big when he went. He was just very efficient I guess and took everything he needed from his milk…
Oh yeh no problem there then. It’ll be big 😉 My daughter will sometimes go three days without pooing and that’s unusual for her so I always expect a big one! Just feed as normal!
i have the same problem but my girl is formula fed and has 1 BLW meal a day and she hasn’t pooed since saturday, should be i be worried?
How old is she? Formula or breastmilk. Breastmilk fed babies can go a week or more sometimes! If weeing and farting as normal and well in herself I’d say she’s fine and she’ll do a huge poo for you soon!
