Who do you talk too about snitching your BD working cash in hand
My BD recently got a new GF, recently broke up with me and is refusing to pay child maintence saying he’s not working when I know for a FACT he’s working cash in ahnd and who he’s working with. I want to apply for child maintenance for my girl but who do I go to about him working cash in hand? He’s a joiner who live at a home with his mum so he doesn’t pay anything besides for food for them on the evening. While I’m out here struggling to keep the house warm

Problem you have is even if you report him, he claims job seekers allowance you’ll only be entitled for £5. I know someone else who was in the same kind of situation. I have also reported someone before and they do send someone out to check https://www.gov.uk/report-tax-fraud
You can report him to HMRC 🩷 speak to a solicitor before you do anything about putting him on child maintenance payments they might be able to solve it x
