Just why

This is honestly not that big of a deal it's just really annoying as it happens frequently. I'm currently laying on my bed with my fiance next to me, and he's playing on his phone. Our daughter is going through a sleep regression and won't sleep unless she's being held, even if she's right next to me as she's been doing for a while. I'm incredibly thirsty, like mouth is bone dry, and wanted a drink, but I didn't want to wake up my daughter so I asked my fiance to get me a drink. He looked up from his phone, said "I'm not getting up right now, I'll get it before I leave for work", and went back to playing on his phone. He's not due to leave for another hour and our daughter's nap is another 30ish minutes. He does this all the time and I think it's just because he doesn't like me holding our daughter for naps so often, which he has told me several times. He always says I'm "spoiling her" by holding her for naps, but she doesn't like being away from me and until recently she was doing fine sleeping without being held as long as I was close by and she could see me, so usually she was just laying on my bed next to me with all the blankets and pillows either off the bed or on the other side (it's a queen bed). Anyway I just find it really annoying that he won't do anything for me while I'm holding our daughter and I wish he would at least try to show he cared a little more
