Childcare help!!
Hello, how does childcare work with single working parents? I’m going back to work in May. Will I get any help towards childcare costs? I’m a single mum and looking to put my baby in private nursery when I go back to work but I have asked around and it’s near enough £60 a day! I work part time and receive universal credit. I don’t know how I go about it as this is my first. Any help will be much appreciated xxx

Pretty sure universal credit will pay you back 85% of childcare costs, only up to a certain amount though, definitely look into that as it would help you alot xxx
