Mine went from 40th to 97th - the difference between scans and bump measurements 🙃 I am definitely working on the assumption it’s mostly bump, he’s often ‘sat’ very far forward and poking out
Just so worried. I’m sure I’ll be fine considering my bump Is tiny! Compared to my 1st..
I’m currently 95th. I am having growth scans but had a midwife appt today and they said my bump is ‘perfect’ size for this stage. So I’m not entirely sure what to believe. I’m still going for the scans. I don’t plan on being convinced into induction just because my baby may be large

Don’t panic I was 97th sent me for a scan and baby is bang on I think they just have to check x
Crazy how each pregnancy is different isn’t it! I do feel like the bed was more up right so I was more sitting then laying down where as last time I was more laying down then sitting up.. 😂I’m hoping baby is just in a weird position or they have measured me wrong like I’m 28 weeks pregnant and still fitting in like size 10 leggings
@Lily yeah I’m rather they Do what is needed but I’ll be quite surprised if like baby is super big in there like I kid you not I don’t even look like I’m due in 2months
See, my midwife didn't even measure my bump at 28 weeks. She was going to then said there's no point as I'll be having growth scans at 32 weeks. ( 32+6). Just seems to be if it's not your first baby then they tend to skip things.
This is my 2nd pregnancy! And the care is so much better this time round!! X maybe I should have had one with my first but didn’t!
Try not to worry, the tape measurement is so inaccurate, doesn’t take account of so many factors. Your growth scan will give you a much better idea of babies size, although they do have a margin for error as well. All along with my 1st they said she was big, 90th centile, and she was 7lbs 11oz when born, so bang on average. Growth scans are just another chance to see baby again 😃 x

Same happened to me, had the scan today and baby’s on 50th
Is this from a bump measurement? If not I’d pay no attention.. they’re pretty useless 😂😂😂

@Jae🌝 yeah tbh I had two midwifes do it and they both got different results she also done it again 10mins after and got a different result xx
Update- baby is only 2pounds 8oz… so deffo not a big baby… xx
@Hannah my baby was only 2lbs 7ozs at 28 weeks and my bump was measuring a week behind
@Hannah my bump was over 100 centile and growth scan showed 30th! I think they can be so out xxx
Think they were just worried as G.D runs in the family. They want me to prick myself for 5 days. Xxx
