Large yolk sac?
Hi I had my early pregnancy scan today, the midwife didn’t say anything but is this yolk sac a normal size? I’ve read about how a large one can cause a MC and I’m stressed out! Any help is appreciated thank you! X

@Amy 7 week scan but measured at 6+5
I think it looks good They probably would’ve flagged if it were an issue
Mine was bigger than my baby at 7ish weeks too so I thought my pregnancy would end but I’m 32 weeks now and all is ok xx
@Phoebe did they flag anything to you at the scan? X
They never said anything, I thought it looked strange so I googled it after and saw that it can sometimes cause miscarriage xx
@Phoebe I’m hoping that’s good news that it was never flagged as I’m sure if it was a issue she would’ve said? I’m going to speak to the midwife today too for some reassurance xx
