Baby acne

Just not going away. Will clear up in one side then flare up on the other. Was using breastmilk twice a day for 4 days then swapped to dabbing mustela on her face twice a day for the last 9 days or so, still not going away. Any advise?

My little girls eventually cleared up on its own but it took about a month xx

My little girl had baby acne and it cleared up by 6 weeks on its own. X

I did the breast milk every time I fed mine and at nappy changes as well. Like as soon as it dried I put on more for 2 days ish and it cleared massively. Try the breast milk again nonstop. 🤞🏼

I was advised nothing will clear baby acne ad it's caused by hormones so will clear when the hormones do. Usually does by 6-8 weeks, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. Some days it looks almost clear, the next it looks even worse 🤦‍♀️ It will clear up tho if it is acne by itself
