I love my ergo 360 omni! This is my 2nd baby and she spends most of her time in there as I’m running around after a toddler and she is so content and comfy in it xxx
I have babybjorn harmony and really like it! I've got a bad back but I can have it on for an hour or so x

If what you have is hurting you then I’d say you could do with someone looking at how you’re wearing it, some adjustments could make it more comfortable. Are there any baby dance classes near you where you have your baby strapped to you, you could ask the teacher there if it’s an option for you? We have the Ergobaby Embrace, it won’t last him when he’s older but it’s really nice for now, but I did need to get it checked by someone to make sure I had right technique
i sweeeear by my najell rise. I’ve got a 2.5yo and still wear her in it sometimes
