Spitting up may be a reflux issue more than the formula, she can prescribe him something for that. What’s the yellow stuff you’re talking about? Are you feeding him and then keeping him up for a few burps and about 15 minutes? Also getting WIC for my girl🤎 If you can’t get it from WIC, they will tell you to use your link.
@Courtney I wish I didn’t need a drs note, if I could afford it I would just be buying it anyways so I don’t see why it needs to be approved by a dr in some states.
@Jaymie they won’t prescribe him anything, he’s 3 months old they said they dont give them medicine for that yet. Yellow stuff I was reffering to is the yellow enfamil. Yes we keep him up and burp him for a long time
I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I had my daughter on nutromagen formula and I didn’t need a doctor’s note to get it from Wic. It’s very frustrating when you know something is going on with your baby and no one will listen. I would suggest telling your doctor that you know something is going on with your baby and you demand to have him tested for a cows milk protein allergy and they will have no choice but to get you that test. Unfortunately that formula is very expensive and hard to get I bought it for my daughter before my milk supply came in. It definitely made a huge difference with her spit up and tummy aches. I would also look into formula that has goat milk in it those tend to be easy to digest by babies who have issues with cows milk.
