Target Registry

I’m sure this is a known thing and I just didn’t read it but a heads up to anyone like me: Target doesn’t let you return (even with a receipt) items from your registry until the due date you put on the registry passed. My baby shower was this weekend and we got a few duplicates. I was trying to return for store credit and they said I have to come back after November 7th. Just wanted to save someone a trip!

You're better off saying you got the gift with no receipt, and they'll give you the store credit. If you don't want to wait, lol

That’s crazy! Our Target let us return ours well before the due date that I have on the registry

@Christina i was thinking about going to another one today because I’m working with limited space i need stuff out 😂 They also told me anything over $100 even with a recipt they won’t accept I’m like what is happening??

@Jordana oh that target is trippen! I took back $700 worth of stuff (one was a duplicate stroller) and they gave me a gift card for it all with no issues. The stuff was off of my registry. They did say if it wasn’t on the registry then the cap is $100 per year. So if I have more stuff to return that’s not on the registry I will just have my mom or someone else return it for me but I would definitely challenge that target
