Back is in tatters!

Now that our little ones are getting bigger how are we dealing with the back pain?! My little boy is around 7kg and my back is so sore from rocking him, carrying him around, transferring to his next to me etc 😢 I don’t know how I’ll do it when he gets even bigger! What can I do to help myself? I didn’t have a spinal/ epidural so not related to that.

I use to suffer with a bad back and still do at times, but before I had my LO I was a carer and rolling people over and just all the tasks involved in that job KILLED my back. The best thing that ever helped is actually a waist trainer! Kept my back nice and straight and I’d go a 12 hour shift with no pain at all. But the back pain I had was lower back which the waist trainer helped so if it’s upper back I wouldn’t know Maybe it’ll be worth booking a chiropractor too, people say they come out their appointment feeling brand new lol

Oh my back is the same! The top hurts from feeding and the bottom hurts from carrying and bending 😭 think working on core will help but I’ve not got back into working out yet! X

I’m exact same. I even had sore muscles in my arms yesterday from lifting him 😂

My back is terrible! I did a kit day at work yesterday (12 hour shift) and had absolutely horrible back and pelvic pain by the end of it, was like being pregnant all over again. Today I've had to limit baby wearing 😩😫
