How long does child benefit get approved online?

Definitely give them a call and chase up. There had been a small problem with mine their end so I wasn't hearing anything back but I had to call and speak with someone who sorted it over the phone. I thought you can't apply until your child's birth has been registered, was your baby born September last year?

As soon as your child is born you apply for child benefit. Your previous application for it probably has been invalid. I would contact them and see if you need to reapply.

Less than a week, I didn't apply until April I think and they couldn't backdate all the way
