Child benefit…

My partner is self employed, to get the amount do we take the amount he pays himself each month or do we take the amount his business takes? He is a director of his own company and pays himself through his business.

How much he earns on his tax return- you can always ask your accountant

Yeah would be his overall yearly amount he takes

If he pays himself through the LTD, this means he is employed, gets a payslip or alternatively he just draws dividends. For dividends he needs tax calculation either accountant of hmrc can provide him with this (hmrc will issues form called sa302) if he's getting wage slips then declare what's on them
