Gripe water is a laxative, you could try it 🙈
My boy is the same. He went 6 days last week and then had 3 huge blowouts yesterday and 2 today. All up the back and down his legs 😂
@Elizabeth haha 😄 glad it's not just mine! She was in the bouncer and started making funny noises, then I could see bands of yellow around her middle 🙈 there was so much I ended up rinsing her under a warm bathroom tap 😅 seemed the only way due to the sheer volume this time lol
@Claire oh yes, we are a fan of a shower hose down in those situations 😂😂
@Claire have u rung the gp at 8? if it’s over 72 hours they should give you an emergency appt xx
like i say though probably nothing to worry about at all as completely normal for ebf babes but you can always try help it along? my bubs will sometimes poop if i give her lotus legs, a little tummy pressure and use soaked cotton wool to squirt a bit of warm water down there and it will flow out, we have to do this when she gets really uncomfortable and the laxative isn’t working quick enough 🙈
My baby does this since she was 4 weeks (she’s now 8 weeks) dr said it’s normal but we were prescribed lactulose for when she goes over 72 hours. Apparently ebf babies can just go a bit longer 😅 but ours is the same, absolutely loads when she does go! x
