Bathing baby in cold weather

So my 5 month old has a evening routine of bath time everyday from June. Now it's getting cold so how many times a week bath will be ok for her? Should I continue as a routine everyday still?

Every day is fine! Keep the bathroom warm and get dressed quickly/in a warm room if you’re concerned.

@Lottie thank you

You can put a heating pad on her towel (and her change of clothes) while she's in the bath so that everything is warm when she gets out.

Everyday! Babies need to be clean they poop And pee a lot and a bath is not only relaxing and renews the energy but it’s a matter of being hygienic! I will never understand people that bath once every 3-4 days. Like we take showers every day ( at least we should so we don’t smell, why not the babies) 👶🏼 haha

@Denise baby skin is different to that of an adult, so this isn’t a fair comparison to make. Babies have much thinner skin which is more susceptible to dryness and damage. They also don’t sweat like we do. Bathing babies everyday has been proven to contribute to dryness and increase likelihood of certain skin conditions such as eczema. If you’re effective during diaper changes, there’s no need to bathe your baby every day. Once every 3-4 days is extreme but once every other day is not only normal but recommended. Completely fine if you choose to do every day as bathing has lots of other benefits too, but let’s not judge those who don’t.
