Play groups

Hiya! I am due to return to work next month when my little girl will be 9 months and will be working 4 days a week with Thursdays off. Does anyone know of good playgroups on Thursdays? I am based in Polegate but I drive so hailsham and Eastbourne sort of areas would be great. Thank you x
