Phone fell onto son

Hi, my dog this morning knocked my phone off the coffee table and it fell onto my son. I don’t even know how it happened as my phone was in the middle of it but anyway I think it hit his eyebrow but I’m not 100% sure. He obviously screamed and cried for a minute but after having some boob he was fine and now he’s chatting and smiling. Should I still be worried?? He hasn’t got a mark or anything that’s showed up right this minute. I feel so guilty.
