Pregnant after miscarriage

I was in the same position as you babs and I phoned my go straight away and got an appointment made with my epu, they took bloods and booked in 2 early scans for me! I am currently pregnant with twins now, sending all the baby dust🩷

No babs I had no period xx

Oh fair enough, this is what makes it confusing cause now I don't no how many weeks I am or anything

Neither did I babs, the dr told me it was left over tissue from my miscarriage even though I had a scan saying that there was nothing there and my bloods came back at 2! Don’t let them tell you that you’re wrong and push for an epu appointment! They will check your bloods first and then do a repeat to make sure they are doubling, then they will book you in for a scan to see if they can see anything as they know you don’t have a clue how many weeks you are babs! Yeah I had a scan and they told me that I had no tissue left over and it had all passed on the 27th August but I haven't had bloods done since. I literally had blood tests too as I have the worse veins lol

Did you contact your gp before epu?

I contacted my gp first who booked me an appointment with the epu the next day! I feel you with the veins I am exactly the same🙈

Oh I didn't actually know that the GP could book appointments for the epu

Mine did I am in Derbyshire but I don’t know if all gps can I would presume they would but double check with yours

I had this with my last baby, miscarried and got pregnant straight away, I’m currently sat holding my 15 week chunky boy and 7 weeks pregnant with baby #4 ❤️❤️
