Yes, you can, as long as it isn't of your belly, which would expose your baby. Your baby is especially at risk in the first few weeks of pregnancy. X-rays of your limbs, teeth, head, and chest tend to be safe enough, though. They do not expose your baby to direct radiation
They tend to put a cover over your bump when they’re xraying you from what I’ve been told. It can cause some issues having the xray however if you go to a&e they’ll be able to give you better advice. You’re best to get checked regardless x
