Warm not hot throughout pregnancy

I had warm to hot baths, It’s not recommended but I don’t think it’s as bad towards end pregnancy as it is before 12weeks

Throughout the whole pregnancy you’re only supposed to have baths up to 35 degrees (warm not hot) and only for about 10 mins- 15 at a push. I think it’s pointless tbh so I just have a nice warm shower if I’m achy

I had them all the way though, the advice is there so you don’t overheat. It’s just not safe for your core body temperature to get too high when pregnant x

I boiled myself alive daily because I didn’t know you weren’t suppose to 🥴

Temp 101 for 15 min is what I heard. I was in one yesterday

I regularly took hot baths but if I got hot enough to sweat I got out or cooled it down. Had a perfectly healthy little boy 🤷🏻‍♀️
