Twins or no twins?

so first is my ultrasound at 6 weeks and the second image is my ultrasound now at 10 weeks. i was told when i got the 6 weeks one that i may or may not have twins or a hematoma. in the 10 week ultrasound it was done by someone else, and i cannot tell if theres twins or not. help me out? anyone know? i am very confused and i will be seeing an OB come monday ( health insurance issues that are resolved) i paid out if pocket for the first one and am just confused as this is my first baby.
