Folic acid on its own causes thrush
I took folic acid the whole of my last pregnancy and I will do the same with this one, I take it along with the pregnacare max tablets

@Jolene If you're getting thrashed while pregnant you have higher oestrogen levels in your system The benefits folic acid while pregnant Outweighs the small minor arrest of thrash If you are getting thrash and you think it's from your folic acid You might have an underlying condition that you need to talk to your Doctor about I hope that helps

@Charlotte If you have higher oestrogen levels You can get a little bit of thrash but it's only 1% Of pregnancies And it can be easily clear It's kind of rare Is what my Doctor told me today
@Charlotte yeah I only got it with the folic acid only pills. Pregnacare tablets don't give me thrush though 😀
My Doctor said I can continue taking it whatever your body doesn't need if flashes out in your urine
