@Amanda that's interesting! I am taking medication for migraine I did wonder if this is causing it. She has just completely filled her nappy (and then some!) with green frothy explosive poo. I have been reading about lactose overload and I think it could be that... nothing to do with my diet but caused by oversupply or her taking too much milk in a feed. Which sounds about right
Burp baby after feeding because if it doesn’t go up it has no choice but to go down which can be very uncomfortable for baby. Imagine a bubble in your small tummy pushing against your stomach while laying down it’s uncomfortable. Burp baby as much as possible in different positions to really get them out. Another tip if baby makes an EH sound they want burping if it’s more like EAIR sound it’s wind. YouTube it to hear the difference it honestly made it so much easier for me. Also watch videos on technique to burp and wind baby
@Jessie thank you yeah I do burp her after every feed
We are currently going through this too. Her poop has also turned from very watery/runny to super thick like ice-cream. My diet hasn't changed so I'm not sure what's happening lol
