My son hated the bath when we put him in baby bath and bath seat. However absolutely loved it when we put him directly into the bath with a wash cloth under his head. I suggest maybe trying that.
Get in with him! We bought a shower chair and showered him this way to make him used to it, then transitioned him to his little tub. He loves it so much but prefers the shower 😅

Our little guy really hated baths until month 4. Now he is obsessed with them that he loves them so much.
Big secret we found is keep the washcloth on their chest warm with fresh water every couple of minutes. It makes it more soothing.
