Which app would you recommend?

Hey everyone, 9 weeks PP and officially ready to get back to the gym! After pretty much my entire pregnancy off, I’ll be easing myself back in, however wanted to know which app people would recommend for a training plan? I’ve previously used: Beyond, Shreddy, EvolveYou and Courtney Black but it’s been a longggg time and I can’t remember which was best! I do know I wasn’t the biggest fan of Courtney’s but that’s it! If anyone has a fave, please let me know x

I used “fittest core”. She has a pelvic floor & core restore program that I really liked. Then I started her booty after baby. She usually does a Black Friday sale.

The Sweat app has quite a few post partum programs 🤗
