My little girl has been really sick and I now have it too 😭 We actually took her to A&E last night because she’d fallen over and hit her head on a toy and then the vomiting started, so we thought it was concussion. I would just check with your GP or 111 to be on the safe side. A&E did observations re a head injury but couldn’t really give advice on the sickness. Just sips of water to keep her hydrated.
My 10 month old had bad sickness yesterday. Couldn't keep anything down, including water. We took her to A&E. After a few checks, and giving her a liquid test (which she brought back up), they gave her some antisickness medication. It stopped her throwing up. They advised that today she only drinks milk and some more diarolyte to keep her hydrated, then tomorrow, gradually add some plain, bland food back in to her diet.
Thanks everyone we took her to a and e last night to be safe and they told us she had viral gastroenteritis 😢 they said she wasn’t de hydrated which was good but to just giver her fluids as best we can but she will only take her formula she she told us to dilute the formula for a few days so it’s easier on her tummy and fingers crossed no sickness since last night 😊 x
Maybe call 111? They can do a general assessment over the phone and give advice ☺️
