Gym?

Hi ladies, I was wondering if any of you are back in the gym how you manage it around childcare? My husband is absolutely amazing and spends every minute he has helping me with baby and house but I just have no clue how to find the time to go to the gym :( my husband is out of the house from 7am to 7pm and when he gets home we do bedtime and then just have dinner and go to sleep... I do all the night wakes so I try to get in bed as early as i can. I just feel so hopeless like I'll never be back to doing something I enjoy alone like the gym 🙁

Can you find a child friendly gym? Some PTs have their own studios which allow kids, mines a women focused PT and she welcomes babies! I started going when I was 12 weeks pp and it was great but I really don't know how I'd be able to go back to a gym gym, other than the one at my office on a work day

i am the same as you…i really wanted to get back..but as you say..when my partner is coming home we do quick dinner bedtime all the stuff and then i want to sleep, can’t see myself going at 9 pm there..i bought a cross trainer machine..but to be honest i’ve been once on it 😂🫣

I do one class on a weekday evening and one class on a weekend morning- thats all I can manage. The evening class is 8.30pm so its late to then go and get showered etc but its that or nothing! Dont be too hard on yourself!! Try and have dinner with the baby so you have some food in you and then go when baby is in bed?
