Moses basket for living room?

I’m in 2 minds about getting a Moses basket for the living room, if I don’t get one, what does baby lie in while you’re downstairs in the living room? Do people recommend a dockatot?

Dockatots aren’t recommended for unsupervised sleep highly recommend looking on Lullaby trust for safe sleeping recommendations. We’ve bought a second next to me to use as a normal crib for downstairs because they last longer than a Moses basket x

We just used the pushchair and will do again this time!

We were thinking of using the carrycot from the pram

We will be putting our carrycot from the travel system on a stand. Ours is safe for overnight sleeping so I am happy to do this rather than buy something else. I was interested in the dockatot/nest type things but as Nicole said, it's advised that they don't sleep in them. Considering they sleep a fair amount, it didn't seem sensible to me.

We’ve bought a mosses basket which we will be leaving in the living room for when baby is napping downstairs

My first baby contact napped a lot or slept in her sleeping pod, just never unsupervised 😇

I have a moses basket for downstairs and a travel cot for transition. Next to me and cot upstairs in both rooms. This kids spoilt already 🙄

We’ve decided to go with a Moses basket with stand for downstairs and a next to me upstairs!

My first baby always slept in our arms or id put her in a sling if i needed to do aything (wasnt planned but she was very clingy!). Moses baskets dont last very long atall so this time weve bought a second hand next to me crib as they can fit in there for monthssss

We had one moses basket and just carried it up for bed time x

We had a sleepyhead that we used downstairs but never unsupervised. We just didn’t have the space for a Moses basket especially as they don’t last very long.
