My bub started refusing second nap so we moved recently to one nap. He now wakes around 7/7:30 is down from between 10:30 /12 for 2.5-3 hours and then sleep at around 7/7:30.

@Prue yeh kenzi nap times have dropped and her second nap she takes longer to go to sleep.. We get 6.30 wake up Then we have been still doing to naps.. 10/10.30- for 1-1.5 hrs Then other nap about 3.30 for about 40mims shes been doing. It was 2 naps 1.5hrs each Shes goes to daycare mon-friday so they tried 1 nap today..only slept 1.5hrs..and already in bed..

Ours are a bit long but she's refusing to do anything else! 6am - 11am Sleep from 11am - 1pm (hopefully, sometimes she only sleeps until midday). Then 6pm bed. It used to be 6am - 9am (nap for an hour) 10am - 2pm (nap for an hour) 8pm bed but she completely dropped the afternoon one so we had to start pushing the morning one back.

Currently still at 2 naps at home and 1 nap at daycare. I feel it’s a really awkward time right now! If at home wakes 6am first nap 9:30 then 2:30 each sleep around 1.5 hrs. Normally in bed by 7:30 but the last few weeks bub is waking numerous times. So, might need to also drop to 1 nap!

@May how she sleep in the night

She sleeps well overnight From 6pm to 6am Sometimes she stirs at 11pm ish and 3am ish but we settle her easily both times IF she wakes up at all. When she first started to drop the afternoon nap though it was about a week of not very good sleep until she got used to it.

@May yeh thats what I thought might happen.. maybe I should start now while kids on holidays so doesnr matter as much if she wakes her sister who she shares a room with

We're on one nap. 1st window is about 4-5hrs depending when he wakes up, and 2nd is 6-7hrs.

@Mary does u little one get tired around dinner time..how lomg do they nap for.. if we do 1 nap dhes still only sleeping 1.5hrs..

@Belle yeah he starts getting tired around 6ish. We wake between 6:30-7:30am. Nap at 11:30/12pm until 1:30/2pm. Sometimes he only does 1.5hrs, sometimes he does 2 or a bit longer. Bedtime is 8:30pm.

@Mary how do u get him to stay up that late with only doing a 1.5hr nap? Is he not overtired? Does he sleep all night?

Honestly I don't know haha he wakes 1-2 times overnight but he's always had a few wakes over night. Even if he does end up going to bed early (we have put him to bed at 6:30-7:30pm before, he's still woke during the night 💁🏼‍♀️

@Mary whats he wanted when he wakes up.. kenzi has gone back to wanting milk so thinking maybe a growth spurt..she use to be happy just with water..now if I say no she will lose it:/

We dropped second Nap just after my sons first birthday with no issues (when they’re ready, they’re ready) wake at 7am Nap at 12 (lately he’s pushed it to 12:30) wake at 2:30 and bed at 8pm. I’m pretty sure when we dropped the second nap we were doing 4.5 hours wake window in the morning and 2.5 hour nap then 5 hours arvo wake window. It was very confusing at the start but do what is best for bubs ❤️

@Chenay she won't do a longer nap..1.5hrs thats it..did it take some time to do a longer nap..or that a sign she still needs too..so.bloody hard hqua

@Prue this is similar to me. But when does your baby wake in the morning? I'm thinking 7/730 is too early for her now as she wakes 6am or earlier sometimes!

I wake him up at 7:30, sometimes he wakes earlier (did a bit in the transition to daylight savings where we live in nsw) and sometimes I wake him later like 8am depending on what we have on for the day. Last night he went down at 8:30 pm though
