At home workout programs?

Tell me your favorite at home workout programs. I have a treadmill, free weights, and resistance bands at home. I’ve done SWEAT before but looking to see if there is anything else out there.

Peloton!

I use BohoBeautiful on YouTube for yoga and Pilates! Also, Nike Training Club app has some great workouts!

Especially if you have a treadmill - peloton!! They have weight classes too, but their treadmill classes are amazing. I used to hate running and thanks to their app and classes, I now run about 10 miles per week!

The FitOn app is my absolute favorite. There are so many different workouts for various levels

My favorite YouTubers for 20 min at home workouts are Move with Nicole and Pregnancy and Postpartum TV

Tell chatgpt what you're looking to improve and what equipment and time restraints you have. Be super detailed on how many days per week and how long you want to work out. It will give you a plan and can also give you macros and foods to follow too

Pre and post natal barre blend on Bodi (previously beachbody on demand, as someone mentioned) has helped me with my SI joint pain and overall posture in my first and now my second pregnancy.

@Kristy 😍 are you currently doing one of their programs?

@Danielle I’ve had Bodi for a few years now. I don’t follow just one program, but I do have a few favorites. Insanity, Max 30, Shaun week, T25, and 22 minute hard corps.

@Kristy Shaun T and his insanity programs have been a constant friend for over a decade!!! I'm sad that I can't really do them while pregnant because of all the jerking. And also because I'm so tired and they are sooo insane! But they are my favorites too!!!

@Danielle I've had coaches before and didnt find them very helpful except when they led challenges where I could share progress and workouts etc... does your group do those?

@Kimberly Shaun T is my absolute favorite trainer. I did T25 during my pregnancies. Tonia is the modifier, so I was able to follow her.

I use a platform called queen warrior little to no equipment needed been with them for 3.5 years

Expecting and empowered app

@Kimberly, yes we do! A new challenge starts every Monday! Each month is a different theme. A new one starts tomorrow for October if you’d be interested in joining us? It’s an incredible group of women and moms cheering each other on, participating in challenges, sharing workouts, progress, etc. We often partner up with others doing the same program to help with accountability, which I find super helpful. I’ll be starting my last week of 10 Rounds with Joel tomorrow. Baby comes the following week then on to start another postpartum journey 💙 4 Weeks of Focus just dropped which is on my list!! 💪

@Kimberly & @Kristy, soooo many good ones to pick from! Megan D & Autumn C are a few of my favs. Job1 is a great one! And Lacee G has awesome energy too! Prior to 10 Rounds I finished Lava with Elise which was a really good one and fun to switch it up! There are so many that are doable doing pregnancy with the modifications, and of course Elise has pre and postnatal barre blend! I also love my bike 🚴 🩷 Amoila’s the prep and the work plus kettlebells, and Joel’s LIIFT programs are also on my postpartum list. And Jericho is awesome too! I could go on and on 😂
