Never tried but I’m interested in hearing about experiences.

I tried it back when I was an athlete and I was unimpressed. But as an out of shape momma I found I realized it was more challenging than I remembered. So I like it as a change from my usual. Right now I walk, yoga and dance. When I can. Currently out of shape but trying my best.

I loved doing Pilates at studios before I had my baby! It’s hard but such a good workout. Lately, I have been watching Move with Nicole on YouTube. She does Pilates that you can do at home without equipment. All you need is a yoga mat. And she categorizes her workouts by length so I can choose what I want to do based on how much time I have.

Ive done barre classes!!! Its fun

I have abs and legs 30 minute videos from 25 years ago that once you memorize can be done all in twenty minutes and they are pure gold. Just need a carpeted floor 👍

I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and doing reformer pilates and mat pilates it's good for toning and stretching everything up 😊

Amazing for PP, tones and strengthens us back up I suggest that for every Mama honestly. It targets pelvic floor too. I did it for a year and a half (alternated w Zumba) then I switched to salsa

Did it for a few months and I loved it. After only 4 weeks of doing Pilates for one hour two days a week I began to see ab lines

I did pp Pilates for a year and have recently added regular workouts and running. It really helped with overall strengthening and toning. Keep going even if you don’t see results for awhile 💪🏽 I feel like I’m finally getting to a point where my body feels somewhat strong again. Oh also another plus is the pelvic floor exercises. Def helps getting control down there and overall tightening!
