@Vanessa no! They recommend methotrexate I think but they did scan and said my uterine living is thin
Have you confirmed the products of the pregnancy have left your body entirely? Any retained tissue could cause this and then lead infection later on. I’d do a d&c if there’s anything leftover. So sorry for your loss. Otherwise I’m not sure. How far along were you? I lost a pregnancy at 10 weeks, didn’t know until 12 weeks and didn’t have a d&c till 13 weeks. Took 5 weeks to get my HCG back down to 0.
@Hannah I definitely have passed more than enough clots to assume it’s gone I was about 5-6 weeks they’ve done scans and can’t see a single thing in there it’s just my levels seem to go up and down but like between 20 and 50 like they’re 48 then 19 then 39 xx

That’s so odd. Is there a chance you are pregnant again and just very early on?
Did they give you other options or is that all they’re recommending?

Oh ok . Maybe your body is just trying to regulate. When that happened to me my hcg was increasing like a normal pregnancy the doctor kept having me come back for scans and blood work , it took about 2 weeks for it to start going down on its own . I’m sorry you’re going through this !
Has your doctor recommended a D&C ? When I miscarried they told me my uterine lining was really thick and my hcg was going up but they couldn’t see anything on the scans and they said if it didn’t go down they may need to do the D&C but then my hcg started going down randomly on its own .
