Private Early Scans

I was thinking of paying to have a 9 week scan as I am so nervous waiting for my scan with the NHS (which I will be 13 weeks for). Has anyone else done this when waiting for the NHS scan? If so, was it a good idea?

I done it at 8 weeks. Definitely worth doing and the woman was so nice. I used the one at near the gyle in Edinburgh x

I had a private scan at 9 weeks with abc4d and they were great, I thought it was brilliant I was anxious as it was my first pregnancy. But hearing there little heartbeat was so worth it in my opinion even if there wasn't that much to see that early on💕

I’ve had 2 private scans as we were told we couldn’t conceive. First was at 6 weeks and second at 9 weeks, it was incredible to see the wee baby and heartbeat at 9 weeks and so reassuring to know everything was ok! £65 well spent in my opinion. We used ACD4D in Costorphine too and the woman that did the scan was lovely.

Yip, went at 8 weeks as I’m anxious so was good to get reassurance and also to let myself get excited about being pregnant:) then we went with a few of my family members later in pregnancy (18weeks I’m sure) for a 3D gender reveal one which was nice :) we went to Baby Scanning in Glasgow but they have other locations too
