Hello ladies! I’m looking for adult dance classes, not pole dancing classes cause I’m not strong 😅
just the type of dance classes you would take in high school. Basics but a workout. I’m 30 and want to start doing things I used to enjoy and that are just for me 🥹🩷 any recommendations?

I heard about commit I think I may start going but I’m southwest!
EOS has a lot of dance classes, also try rec centers near you they usually have Zumba classes
@Delaa want to come with me? We can go this week or next week. If you want good instructors you have to be open to driving a little though
