Sticky electrode patches

My 5 month old was recently in hospital with a HR of 240 due to catching covid. He was monitored for 48 hours to make sure he didn’t go back into SVT. Now we’re home and he has 3 big sticky patches on his chest from where the electrodes were. Any advice for getting this off? We gave him a bath to soak them but it didn’t really work and we don’t want to hurt him by rubbing too much
